I read that B vitamins and vit C should be taken throughout the day without food. However, the directions on the bottles I have say to take these with a meal. I have the same issue with my L-Carnosine and Glisodin supplement bottles. Do you go by what the bottle says or by your own knowledge of timing these?

These kinds of things really depend. The overall guideline is fat-soluble with food and water-soluble without. Though, these can vary depending on your goals. Might be wise to make specific posts about specific supplements.
