Interesting article:

http://gizmodo.com/5...-against-cancer

"Look close. You may be staring at the end of cancer. Those tiny black dots are nanobots delivering a lethal blow to a cancerous cell, effectively killing it. The first trial on humans has been a success, with no side-effects:

It sneaks in, evades the immune system, delivers the siRNA, and the disassembled components exit out."

actually siRNA is already a part of our natural immune system. it works mostly againt viruses (but it has hard time to target cancer cells) i.e. siRNA is not caltech invention at all. i guess if they have invented anything, it would be a novel method to deliver siRNA exclusively/efficiently to cancer cells, the details of which i can't seem to find anywhere. somebody ask sheldon plz.
