Is there a way or technic, test, anything who can give u a sign that the Piracetam(or any other racetam) has pass through the BBB?
Or u just know it when u start feel the effects??

Take 5 grams at once, then 30-45 minutes later you'll know.

I supposed you would only know when you start to notice a change in your mental state but this could just be placebo so you have to be very perceptive to work out the differences which can be modest on piracetam.
I usually start to notice effects within 30mins/45mins. Alertness, colour perception and increased focus and attentiveness. This kind of lasts for a few hours when the effects then mellow and turn into a mental high like afterglow. I usually feel very relaxed in this state. I have read somewhere that piracetam can take 7/8 hours for it to hit your CNS so maybe this pleasant afterglow that I experience is related to this. But this is just my own account of this nootropic.

Some kind of brain biopsy? lol

I think in this case you'll have to rely on subjective experience. Maybe try some lower dosages? Response curve is considered to be bell-shaped (taking too much can actually decrease effects).

Yes i just tried 0,3g of Piracetam + 0.8g Citrate didn't notice anything...

Edit: The only thing i have noticed is the 1st time i have tried Piracetam, Oxiracetam and Pramiracetam, i went to bed 1-2 hours after and i woke up 13 hours later...
But! With aniracetam I felt a slight concentration increase, and what is strange is that I forget to take choline (i took it 20 minutes later! After realizing that I forget lol.)

300mg is probably on the other side of the bell. Try 1.2g.

You might just be someone who doesn't respond very well. Or you might be expecting something less subtle. Try it right before you do some difficult reading or studying.

Already did. I think the problem is in the Choline source or the manufacturer(smartpowders.com). look my updated stack. I'll try that stack for 2weeks. After that if i dont feel anything ill try some Alpha-GPC and CDP Choline.
