I've recently found out that an actual test for imbalance of neurotransmitters is available. Does anyone has any experience with it? How reliable are the results?

I'm fascinated by this concept too. As an engineer, I prefer science-based quantitative measurements whenever possible.

At this point I cannot tell whether neurotransmitter testing is myth or science...

I would appreciate opinions and comments from other imminst members.

So, my question is: How much legitimate science is behind these two companies? Are they credible, or just out to sell tests and supplements and make lots of money?
