After searching for some quotes from the Talmud I found the site of some racist who writes articles about the white "race"* dying out, and now i have (as usual) some weird questions?

Would the described above be a loss of genetic variability or only the change of a phenotyps minor physical apperance?
The last time ive heard about that it was said that we (humans in general) will become more and more different on the "outside" but become more similar in our genetic-material.
Is that true, and if it is isnt that bad news?
Wouldnt that mean that this "genetic uniformity" in the future would lead to problems like germs which could kill a large number of us without mutations?

*Race is often used like the taxon subspecis but as far as i know that is not correct, what would be a better more correct term?
Morphospecies?
