So for four months, everything worked out to $350 (with cutting back a little on the more expensive ones). More than I initially intended to spend but I figure I'll splurge a little to give this a fair try! [lol]

Two more quick questions:

Regular ALA works out out a bit less than R-ALA... From what I read it has 50% R-ALA in it which is the active substance right. So is there any difference between taking 400mg of regular ALA as opposed to 200mg R-ALA? Other than the concentration difference, is it exactly the same? Is there any dissadvantage to using regular ALA?

Also thanks for pointing out which are least important of the list you provided...Which brings me to my last question... Which would you say are the 2 or 3 most important supplements? Ones that I should definitely not cut back on as far as daily dose?

Much appreciated as always,

PoM

If you are short on cash, then:

1. Aniracetam 750 mg twice a day
2. Alpha GPC 500 mg twice a day
3. Pyrinitol 400 mg am 200 mg pm

I guess those are some of the basics. :)

Hydergine would definately help.

I've had those problems in the past. I'm not one to take medication for something I can fix myself however. Try autosuggestion when you have a week away from obligations. Sit still in a dark room and focus on your body & thoughts for as long as possible, I'm talking hours or even a day at a time. Find your impulses and learn to control them. Oh and don't take med for that week.

If it works, send me the money you've saved on medication. It's the least you could do.
