Hello,
I have been using l-Tyrosine for maybe a month now and am impressed with the results. I have heard conflicting advice on whether NALT (N-Acetyl l-Tyrosine) is superior, apart from potency and bio-availability, in it's effects. NALT seems very expensive so would I benefit at all if I consumed smaller doses of NALT compared to larger doses l-Tyrosine?
Many thanks,
Piata.
Speaking from personal experience, NALT does something, but not near what L-Tyrosine does.
Also, its kind of weird regarding needing "smaller doses" of it because of its bio-availability. The tablets I have for L-Tyrosine (NOW brand) are actually much smaller than the NALT tablets (Jarrow), so in the end consuming NALT feels like you're consuming more.
I do like that the jarrow NALT comes with b6 though. I've found that to get good results with L-Tyrosine I must take a b complex with it.
