Maybe throw in something like lions main and double /tripple the dosage on each....

Also make sure to use the search function and you'll see what others have tried.

hope this helps

Safe in regards to toxicity, definitely. In regards to brain fog? How can anybody of us know? We all have our own neurochemistry so nobody can tell you, but you can try out by yourself. I wouldn't say this is the perfect stack, due to Piracetam and choline's complexity in itself. Sometimes it works other times it don't. I would go for stimulants (due to their enhancement of PFC' neurons sensitivity, thus increasing learning speed) if you have any at your disposal, but since your topic reads nootropics, people would obviously argue with me on that.

Try something like ALCAR and eat well, sleep well and exercise well in the next 10 days leading to the exam. That will probably take care of your "brain fog" problems that you implicitly mention.

I wish you the best of luck. And did I forget to mention: study well.. That's the most important part. If you have a girlfriend or something like that, you could use her as a reward for your "studying" - I know it sounds lame, but sure as hell is a good motivator. The problem for me though is that then I can't stop thinking about anything but the reward, but that's probably an ADHD related thing.

Regards

Acetyl L Carnitine sounds good as it is cheap.

what stims would you advise, caffine is the obvious choice but i dont feel it works that well.

i have already got the Piracetam CDP cholinea and Rhodiola extract is it not worth using them at all?

If you can get stimulants such as Adderall (dextroamphetamine) and Ritalin (methykphenidate) I would go for that.

Best of luck

was that a joke?

Ritalin(methylphenidate) is NOT an amphetamine and does not work in the same way as AMP.

+ stimulants in most people would work better for studying than just about anything else.

Unless, of course, you can prove otherwise.

nice user name for someone who thinks amphetamines are 'bad'.

ur welcome!

Im just saying maybe there is other option before advising someone to go and get Aderral just to help on studying.

Amphetamines and methylphenidate are obvious choices when his exam is in 10 days. If you didn't understand why this was my recommendation; think again. I presumed that the OP wanted to be able to study intensively to his exam. Adderall and Ritalin are great for exactly that. MDMA (what a nickname) try to look at this study for instance; considering it's an exam where you have to learn loads of material stimulants would be my choices.

Study for MPH and learning: http://www.nature.co...ll/nn.2506.html

Do your research :)

Better to take Adderal or Ritalin for a week or so and stop then to take Adderall everyday for years like many do. I think taking either of these just for the few weeks the OP needs them would be harmless-of course, assuming they are effective.

I agree. One of the biggest negatives of taking stimulants is the tolerance that occurs over time. So, for a healthy ADD type, it would be best to only your meds when they will be useful.(unless of course you are more impulsive than inattentive, then you should probably take meds most of the time to prevent accidents, outbursts etc.).

Also never take a high dose the day of an exam, rather take none or 50-75% of your normal dosage. Whatever you have learned while taking your meds will still be accessible when unmedicated.
