So reading text on a computer screen 16-20 hours a day is starting to take its toll - my eyes feel like they're about to jump out of their sockets and crawl under the bed!
The acuity of my vision hasn't changed much, but my eyes are tired all the time and I'm seeing a lot more floaters than before, which is getting distracting when I'm reading. I also often find myself squinting or completely closing one eye - usually the left one, which is weaker, but sometimes alternately.
I've been trying to reduce the brightness of my monitors (especially at night), take more time away from the screen (i.e. listening to audio-books), eat right, use larger fonts (ex), etc... but it doesn't seem to be enough anymore...
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
