"Scientists found children with allergies to airborne substances were 40 per cent less likely to develop leukaemia than other youngsters while asthma sufferers were 30 per cent less likely to get ovarian cancer than others."

"The report said doctors at Cornell University in New York State found children with airborne allergies also had reduced rates of throat, skin, lung and intestinal cancer. Canadian studies showed that having an allergy or hay fever lowered the chances of getting pancreatic cancer by up to 58 per cent."

Yes. Still, I would "buy" something increasing CVD risk for decreasing cancer risk. Lots of things are shown to decrease CVD risk so a good lifestyle should hopefully avoid it. On the other hand, few things, except avoiding a few obvious toxins such as smoking and radioactivity, are shown to conclusively reduce general cancer risk, especially to a large degree. Even if you have a perfect lifestyle and manages to avoid other diseases it seems likely that the ongoing lottery in your cells regarding cancer is what will eventually get you.
