okay to use rhodiola/ashwagandha if I use nicotine?

I hope so. I started dabbling in Swedish SNUS (bad for me I know) and I know nicotine has dopaminergic properties as does Rhodiola.

My feeling is that these aren't nearly strong enough dopaminergics to cause any trouble in combination. If anything, they might have some cross-tolerance or accelerate downregulation.

And yeah, SNUS is pretty bad for you. If you're going to play around with nicotine, patches are a lot healthier for several reasons.
