Sorry, so, sorry for another "me" thread, but I've done plenty of other threads for the cause. :-D

Anyone have permanent brain fog while on lithium at 1200 mg? I'm at that does for mood and mania...who knew? I am a bit manic, compulsively so, as if you all couldn't tell by my posting 5 threads in one night.

Anyway, most of the time I'm totally fogged out, don't feel good mood wise, and worry about all kinds of things. Simply put, does the fog go away eventually?

If you are on a therapeutic dose of lithium, (not supplemental), than I would love to hear the positives and negatives of this drug for mood and manic tendencies, plus if the brain fog ever lifts consistently. I have moments of clarity or hours here and there.

I guess they think I am bipolar, blah blah blah ,stupid diagnosis...it's like everyone at imminst has some dx, it's funny sometimes.

Yeah, I had memory issues before due to a dx, now there worse, but it's obvious it's the Lithium, as when I wait long enough I think like I had previously, which has been crap for many reasons since 2005 but has gotten much better with time.

Should I kick my Pdocs butt :|<

I'm lowering my lithium levels. Does it make sense to lower it by half to more quickly have the levels lower in my system? Or should I do it by 300 mg less?
