What is the legality of sending modafinil from UK where it is not controlled to a country where it is controlled, like US ?
Unless it's tracked (or has a return address) there is no way to trace the package/envelope to the sender. With regards to the recipient, for a IV controlled substance if seized it's highly likely all they will receive is a love letter...stating the item (a controlled substanced) has been seized and they need to prove they are legally allowed to possess the product. In almost all instances it appears (online anecdotal evidence) people simply accept the seizure and that's that (customs state it will be destroyed after a certain time period has passed).
