Summer Solstice is coming and The NY Chapter of CR Society International and The CR Way Longevity Center have joined together to invite you —
What: CR Summer Solstice Celebration
Where: The CR Way Longevity Center, Westchester County
When: Saturday, June 19 (the day before Father’s Day &
two days before the Solstice = Midsummer’s Eve’s Eve!)
Time: 4:00 PM to 7:00 or until we run out of conversation
Delicious CR Way treats will be served.
It doesn’t matter whether you practice CR or not, all interested in life extension are invited. A primary discussion topic will be how to use cellular pathways activated by calorie restriction to judge what supplements to take and what to avoid.
The CR Way Longevity Center is an easy hour door-to-door from Grand Central in NYC. On the arrival end, the taxi ride takes about twelve minutes and costs about $12 dollars, before the tip. The “group rate” is a couple dollars more, total, so the more people who come at the same time, the less expensive it becomes. Besides, traveling together is more fun.
We will, of course, provide directions to people coming from other locales.

o Include whether you want us to share your contact info in a group message to facilitate meeting for the train ride.
• Receive logistical details from us while living a happy life until we see you.
• On June 19th, join in the CR Summer Solstice Celebration of light, the sun, good luck, and happiness.
