Can someone compare the two (or three) for me in terms of effectiveness for different conditions, safety, etc.?

I am mostly interested in brain fog, ADHD, energy, general cognition and (social) anxiety.
Also I saw picamilon is good for headaches. I have headaches every week. How about gabapentin/pregabalin? I ve read pregabalin/gabapentin is good for neuropathic pain so it should also be good for headaches, right?

I ve also read that gabapentin poops out pretty quickly. Is that true? How about picamilon?
If you had to choose one of the two which one would you choose?
(I think for every day picamilon would be best, but for every once in a while ganbapentin/pregabalin would be best)

I wouldn't touch gabapentin if you're interested in cognitive enhancement. Even at low dose (300mg) it is the most cognitively dulling substance I've ever tried. As my friend once described it, "On Neurontin I could sit at a stop sign for a few minutes before realizing it wasn't going to turn green." The best pharmacological substance I've found for anxiety is high dose aniracetam. 2g's in a dose is amazing.
