How long does it takes before you notice any effect of aniracetam or l-acetylcarnitine?
And how long after you stop does the effect remain?
I plan to test these 3 weeks each with 2 weeks in between in a "double blind" manner, and see if I notice any changes in fatigue, mood, anxiety and concentration.

If anyone is interested here is what I plan to try:
750mg aniracetam 2 times/day
750mg aniracetam + 75mg alpha-GPC 2 times/day (do you think I should take more alpha-GCP?)
alcar 1gram 2 times/day
sugar(placebo) 2 times/day

Any thoughts are welcome.

Increase your GPC dose to 250 mg and lose the sugar!

75mg of Alpha GPC is too little. He's right bump it to 250mg/twice daily, or 500mg/daily, I don't think it's necessary to split it into to two doses.

The reason that I take a-GPC two times /day is that I just want one kind of caps for each combination/supplement.
At the time I am taking it I will not know which I'm on.

Thanks, I'll increase the dose to 500/day total.
