Hello to all!

Is there anyone who have problems with OCD and use some nootropics.

I have a mild case of obsessive thoughts and would like to know will nootropics make my condition worse if I start to use them.

Please give me your experience about this.

Hi

First I would like to say thank you LifeMirage. Yes I allready red something about Inositol and I plane to buy it.
I red that the same effect have 5-HTP, Amoryn (hyperforin), maybe Galantamine.
What you think would be the best?

I am taking no meds for OCD, just Zolloft, but only 50 mg/d, becouse I was a little depresed. I had really bad life last 3 years. First my sister die (cancer), my dother got rhevma-artritis (she was 18 months old then), I had a divorse.
That`s why doctor prescribed me Zolloft.
And till now I didn`t try any of nootropics yet, but I would like to. I don`t know would it be smart to try becouse of OCD.

Start with adding hemp oil and lecithin to your diet you'll get a good balance of EFA's from that. 5-Htp is a good mood move too. A multi-vit with complete B complex, around about 50mg of each 3 times a day.
