rwac's is probably the best solution. I don't know what piracetam's solubilities are, but you could try dissolving it in either 70% or 99% isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol. Filter it using a bunch of doubled-up coffee filters, or some cotton balls stuffed into a funnel, to remove anything that isn't soluble (i.e. dirt).
Ideally, let it evaporate on its own. I think rubbing alcohol evaps pretty fast. Heating it could cause some kind of breakdown of the molecules, maybe even to something unhealthy. And heating alcohol on an open flame is a great way to start an uncontrolled fire, if you ever need to do that.
If your immune system can't fight off whatever bacteria your piracetam might have come in contact to on your floor, you have bigger problems than disinfecting piracetam you should be focusing your attention on...
On what, keeping your floor cleaner? Come on.
