I have bin reading abbot this product and obviously it’s a good choline source I still wonder if taking it will provide an immediate effect or if it more like many other supplements that might be beneficial over longer time if it’s included in a regime?
Is Choline Alfoscerate a nootropic or just an other supplement?

Probably any choline source can be said to be nootropic...increasing the amount of choline in the brain usually leads to enhanced acetylcholine synthesis and release. Some are more effective than others. Choline alfoscerate is most commonly referred to as Alpha GPC; it's one of the best choline sources, and has several other impressive mechanisms that make it fit into the long-term improvement category as well.
That said, lots of people react differently to it, experiences ranging from dramatic nootropic results, to not really feeling much of anything, to feeling rather strange. I'm somewhere between the last two. My thoughts are that it's hella expensive, and if you're on a budget that money could probably yield several substances that provide both immediate effect and long-term benefit. But I encourage you to do some searching under Alpha GPC and read what others have said.
