I was wondering, what scientific organization(s) actually verifies the accuracy of the age claimed by super-centenarias, especially the 122 old age of Jeanne Calment as being accurate?

As far as I know there is no single organization that tracks centenarians. There are regional organizations such as this one that keep a sort of registry, but generally it's just a mix of media and research studies collecting census data and reporting results of surveys or medical records. Jeanne Calment slowly gained national recognition as she aged past 100 years, and after nobody was able to publicly contest her "oldest person" title, and after a review of census data showed no unreported cases of older persons, her title sort of came into its own. After seeing her recognition (and similar recognition of other supercentenarians), it's become popular for people to make media announcements of their supercentenarian family members, so no central organization is necessary, and as such there may be undocumented/unreported cases of supercentenarians.

GERONTOLOGY RESEARCH GROUP - website at http://grg.org/

We use them as a resource for our site http://livingsupercentenarians.com/ . Where we currently track and provide information, videos, pictures etc. of all verified living supercentenarians.

In each country there are different types of national or statistical institutes and national registers, where the people are registered with names, photos and dates of birth, so the goverment of each country has an accurate documentation of all of the centerians and the supercenterians in their country. Moreover, the documentation is in an electronic form, and it is a question of seconds for these institutions to be listed all of the centerians and the supercenterians in the country together with their addresses, birth dates etc. In Bulgaria from time to time centerians receive birthday cards from the government for their 100th birthday. It is a question of willingness of the countries to give the list with the centerians in it, and to let researchers to investigate these people. At this moment of the development of the science, since there is not a 100% accurate way to be determined the age of the people, the most accurate age of a person can be given from the institutions, that hold the records for each person's birth date.
