Whey Protein, good or bad for your brain?

For those of you who workout and drink Whey Protein, you may want to think again (or at least be careful of which one you buy). A lot of whey proteins contain MSG which is extremely harmful for your brain.

This is a complete misunderstanding, there is no MSG (or free glutamic acid) in whey, unless it's hydrolysed whey.
It's all bound up in proteins.

Actually whey protein increases glutathione, so you could say that the opposite is true.
