I feel like there could be a perfect combo of one of the following intuiniv, straterra, Piracetam and mematine.... It would be hard to separate all the effects and determine possible toxicity though.
It seems promising to my limited knowledge but I can also see some possible issues. We have too much global glutamate, not enough in the PFC along with other NT. If we enhance NMDA receptors with piracetam globally, will we not be prone to excitoxic effects and increased brain chatter/anxiety?
What about these combos-
1. Piracetam +Mematine
Hmm seems like they might just cancel each other out to some extent... but there still would be benefit from the D4 agonisim,
2. Intuiniv/Guaficine
Extoxicity in the PFC?
3. Straterra + Piracetam
Straterra decreases global glutamate, while exciting the PFC... Excitoxicicty in the PFC and negates possible decrease in brain chatter?
