I've had little energy despite having 8+ hours of sleep. I'm definitely not depressed; in fact, I just started a new job (as a professor) and am thrilled.

At this point, I don't take anything, even a multi. I'm walking for exercise though. Would Omega 3, ALCAR, Piracetem, or anything else help? I take Adderall for ADHD, but I rarely take the full dose, and if I'm tired, it doesn't help much.

I'm not looking for a cure, just something that will help. Thanks very much. Thanks in advance.

Modafinil is the obvious choice, although it shouldn't be mixed with amphetamines as this will cause an unpleasantly potent stimulation of the sympathetic nervous system, and is anxiogenic.
