I would like to get some feedback on my current regimen of supplements. I am completely new to nootropics, so I am excited to see what they can do. I don't want to have an adverse reaction, and also want to see if I can cut anything out or add anything for a more efficient effect.

Here is the short list of what I am taking, and below that is more detailed explanation if you feel like reading further :)

- Paxil 5 mg every other day
-supplement, 4 capsules/day, that has the following in each capsule:
*vitamin B6 - 2 mg
*Folic Acid - 200 mcg
*Calcium (citrate) - 21 mg
*Magnesium (Oxide/Chelate) - 8 mg
*D-L Phenylalanine - 600 mg
*L-Guatamnine - 300 mg
*5HTP - 10 mg

(About to start tomorrow! was going to try one serving a day of):
- Piracetam - 800 mg
- 1200 mg Lecithin

and below is the explanation of everything!

I've been taking paxil for about 7 months. started at 10 mg a day for anxiety/depression. however, i have had some side effects (extreme drowsiness & upset stomach), so i have gradually cut back and now take 5 mg every other day, which still seems to help, (to what extent I am not really sure). If possible, I'd like to completely get off this medicine, but have been hesitant, since you are supposed to gradually ween off it. also it originally took about 6+ weeks to take full effect (in case i ever felt the need to go back on it).

two days ago, I started taking a supplement called neu-becalm'd again. A couple months ago (before I ran out of money to pay for it!) I took it regularly for about a month and had positive results for ADHD symptoms as well as depression and drowsiness (it took about 2 weeks to take full effect). It has the following supplements in it:
vitamin B6 - 2 mg
Folic Acid - 200 mcg
Calcium (citrate) - 21 mg
Magnesium (Oxide/Chelate) - 8 mg
D-L Phenylalanine - 600 mg
L-Guatamnine - 300 mg
5HTP - 10 mg

I know it is probably cheaper to buy these separately. for the time being (and until I really know what I am doing with all these supplements :), it is just easier & simpler for me to buy it in this form

So now with Piracetam. I just bought 800 mg capsules, and 1200 mg capsules of Lecithin. I bought the 800 mg, and as an afterthought, feel that I maybe should have started with a lower dose? I bought it in pill form to start just to see the effect. and figure I can buy it in powder form later on, once I figure out how to implement it a little better

Thank you in advance for your feedback!!
