hey all! pike here, and seeing as the last thread mentioning a pde4i is quite old, thought i'd make a new one.

the only one that i'm aware is commercially available to the public is mesembrine, the chief alkaloid of Kanna (sceletium tortuosum). all the other one's i've heard of thus far are research chemicals.

anyone have any experience with the other PDE4-inhibitors, or perhaps you'd like to share your Kanna experiences, PLEASE post. i'd be very much interested in hearing if other people responded to Kanna as well as i did.

I believe luteolin and pentoxifyline are PDE4 inhibitors as well, although I have not personally tried either. Would you consider describing your experiences with Scetelium? I've been semi-interested in this for awhile however I haven't noticed many ancedotal experiences documented. Research on the subject would appear to be somewhat vague as well with respect to understanding all of the active components of Scetelium.

Good thread idea, btw.
