Can we list here if actual costs materialise?
Its mainly guesswork at the moment.
a- is there scope for cancelling speakers that have not yet made travel arrangements?
b- speakers who have cancelled - has their hotel room been cancelled?
(btw. I hope there is not hotel room for me, otherwise please cancel or give to sb else)
c- are speakers *clear* as to what costs will be reimbursed by whom?
