I have read in a few places that piracetam and amphetamines don't go well together. But I can't find any clear answers on methylphenidate and piracetam.
In addition, would a different racetam change the answer?(I may try pramiracetam)

as with the adderall/piracetam combination, any response you're going to get will be speculation. I've researched this somewhat, and ritalin does enhance glutamatergic transmission in a somewhat similar, but likely less potent, way as adderall does. I've personally tried the combination and concluded that the result was similar to amphetamine/piracetam and therfore arguably not safe. I also noticed similar short-term memory issues that I don't notice with either compounds alone. I also noticed excessive sweating, overexcitability, and a harsher crash. I do not get these effects on ritalin a lone, no matter what the dose is. My advice would be to steer clear for good measure, others might disagree. I just started using ritalin again and dropped the piracetam after noticing similar effects as amphetamine/piracetam.

Well, I doubt I would experience the over-excitability being narcoleptic, but definitely the crash. lol
