A Portuguese or an European one based in Portugal. Is Eucrio actually a portuguese company?
Sorry if it's off-topic but those Eucrio panflets have a portuguese address written on them.
There is a video presentation of the company by David Styles: http://www.eucrio.eu/ and there are many language versions of the website.

Thanks, should've googled it. Will keep an eye out for more developments.

By the way, why has David Styles chosen Portugal? Is this explained by some particular laws or institutions there?
I should first clarify that making that decision was not my sole responsibility. While I may be very much the public face of EUCRIO, I'm very far from being all there is in terms of the core team of EUCRIO.
We examined a lot of countries, and weighed up the pros and cons of them. Factors taken into account included:
Economy of country
Geography of country
Laws of country
Political stability of country
Social culture of country
Some of the write-offs included:
Britain was out because it is too expensive, on an island, and not in the Euro-zone
Eastern Europe was out, due to potential political instability
France, Germany, and Italy were all out due to legal complications (actual or just likely) that we'd rather avoid
Greece was out because the Greek Orthodox Church wouldn't like it, and they have a lot of influence
Holland was out because if we want to build up a very long term base, we don't want to locate in a country likely to go under water in less than a hundred years at this rate
Scandinavia was out because given its location (no land access to EU except via Russia), it might as well be on an island, so not Sweden or Finland (or Norway, not that Norway is in the EU, but might as well be, socio-demographically)
Portugal has no negative factors aside from being not as central as we would like, and has positive factors including an inexpensive economy that's nevertheless about as stable as any in Europe right now, is conveniently home to several members of our Board, has a very liberal progressive attitude towards such things as emergent technologies, and, while once a stronghold of the Catholic Church, is not crazily religious these days.
If / when we look at doing cryonics storage, we'll examine the whole situation again.
