hello how much Choline oder Alcar i need fuer 600mg!
i need for Piracetam 400mg , 800mg Alcar or 800mg Choline!!!

Your question is a bit puzzling, but piracetam should be taken in gram quantities, perhaps 2g to start. Add 1g of ALCAR, and your optimum choline source could be a number of things depending on both your biochemistry and finances.

600mg+ Alpha-GPC does best for me. CDP Choline 500mg is a lesser expensive variant that has similar results, but both cost more than some of the others. Choline Citrate is effective in gram doses (2-3g) and is inexpensive as well. DMAE is a good option if you tolerate its effects well.

i have tried 500mg cdp cholin ! make me Depressid!
i need to know how much Choline Citrate or alcar i need for 600mg Pramiratsetam!!!?
