I'm in the process of working out a stack that will help treat my social-anxiety and be a cognitive enhancer.

I've been taking Piracetam for the last couple of weeks and i'm not sure if i'm feeling that much from it but I'll persevere and make sure what I think I have felt from it wasn't just a coincidence (dose as below).

After further research I've added some more nootropics that sound interesting, so my weekday stack as of tomorrow will be:

2000mg Piracetam
2400mg Lechitin (or should I be taking another choline source like AlphaGPC?)
1000mg Aniracetam
2000mg fish oil (reasons including as I hear Aniracetam needs to be taken with a fat source)
100mg Picamilon (hopefully this will provide me with a touch of the great feeling Phenibut does but I can take it more often.)
1x A-Z multi-vit

I plan to take this stack once a day first thing in the morning, but I'll try splitting it into 2 doses (one in the morning and the other in the afternoon), after I've established positive effect, which will help me with getting the correct dose.

Weekends I'll drop some of the above, especially the Picamilon, and take Phenibut, AMT, and occasionally alcohol, caffeine and 6-APB/MDMA to whatever level I require, be it creative or recreational.

I've been taking Phenibut and AMT for about 6 months to great effect but it's obviously not something you can do everyday so I keep it for the weekend.

Any suggestions or comments?

Any thoughts?

You might want to add in a Bacopa monniera extract then, it both seems to cause anxiolytic effects and a cumulative boost in memory. There are quite a few threads floating around on this site if you do a search for them. However, some users seem to have issues with fatigue while using Bacopa this may be due to its seemingly inhibitory action on creatine kinase.

I have been taking 200mg Bacomind a day for 6 weeks and so far have had no negatives to report, though given the fact that it takes ~12 weeks for the memory boosting effects to become noticeable it may be too early to comment on my subjective experience.

As a side note, it may help counteract the lipid peroxidation that MDMA can induce as well.

Chamomile is an effective anxiolytic, though it's also somewhat sedating. You can make chamomile tea, though it usually needs to be pretty strong (2-4 teabags) to be effective enough. You could also take the chamomile by mouth, 1-2 teabags' worth. This is more effective because the volatile constituents of the chamomile do not leach into water very effectively.

ashwagandha is a great brain tonic for anxiety and cognition. I suggest you try it. That combined with passionflower and l-theanine will kill anxiety and the piracetam should help with the verbal fluency. Its worked for me but as we all know everyone is different.
