1) Huperzine A - i got this in the mail so popped in 200mcg. I am going to be frank I got all of the too much ACH symptoms, and my vision became altered. Diarrhea etc. I lowered to 50mcg and still got symptoms. I am now at splitting the cap into 15,cg a day and i am going to lower to 10mcg pretty soon, maybe 5mcg because still some ach symptoms with the racetams. (alongside racetams). Normal healthy individuals do NOT need to be popping 600mcg in a day.
2) Racetams- loving ani/piracetam/oxi + bitartrate though i am dosing very high... 5g piracetam, 2g ani, 1.5g oxi a day... my concentration is better, my sleep is better. Usedto take me an hour of emailing before i could study 30mins and now i am getting to business. my choline dosage is HIGH... probably 15g a day.... my scooper was messed p and that is what i started with but i feel great... so i dont think i should change... tried going solely CDP but felt tired... now i am about 8g bitartrate and 1g CDP a day
3) Salbutiamine- dosing 800mgs bi daily. Tolerance sets in buti am using it for the brain energy and memory ---> LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT. aderrall is gone, i love it
-after these exams i am dropping the hup A (in 7 days), and lowering my racetam dosages in half or more fore maintenance... but what i got now is a great study stack
My Q: what do you think of going to bed at 11pm until i wake up (usually 3:30am) but getting up studying 3hrs, then sleeping 6:30-10am??
since i always wake between 2:30-4am i thought this might be really good, early AM attack study then more rest... like a dog or ancient hunter
