Hello,

I have been taking Pramiracetam (Pram) and I noticed a study that showed increases in Nitric Oxide Synthase (NOS) in rats when administered Pram. I also read that NOS can be quite deleterious to the brain when present in excesses amounts. I was wondering if anyone knew of a supplement that one could take along with pram to counteract this side-effect. I am not very knowledgeable on the subject of noots, however I would very much appreciate the opinion of some of the more dexterous members of this board in regard to NOS and its pros and cons, as well as particular substancses to counteract it (if needed).

Thanks!
