Well, a new year is approaching and I decided to get a decent regimen going for next year. So far I have been taking supplements quite irregularly, sometimes even taking a few month breaks when I run out of something.

Background information:
Im a male in my twenties. Still a student, so money can become a problem.
I work out regularly and try to eat as well as I can, havent touched junk food in a year.

What am I looking for?
A basic regimen for health and wellbeing, to which I could add further supplements when I am more educated on the subject. In the end my goal would be longevity, improved mood and better cognition.
I'm also looking for something to clear my acne, it's not as bad as it used to, but it would be nice to get rid of it once and for all.

Here's a three week cron-o summary:
General (73%)

Omega-3 | 1,5 g 93%
Omega-6 | 15,4 g 91%
Cholesterol | 286,5 mg 96%

I am currently taking:
350mg magnesium
15mg zinc
4g of creatine (not a vegeterian, just for the endurance)
5ml fish liver oil (400 mg EPA, 550mg DHA, 400 IU vit D)

Currently experimenting with:
Idebenone (100-200mg a day)
piracetam and choline bitartrate (starting to feel the effects more profoundly now after two weeks of experimenting)

What I'm thinking of adding:
Vitamin D - around 2000 IU/day for a few weeks and then get my serum levels tested. Kind of hard to get my hands on some though, because anything over the RDA = medicine here and buying medicine online is illegal.
Vitamin K - 90 mcg MK-7
ALCAR (to replace choline bitartrate)

Am I missing anything here? All opinions and advice is greatly appreciated =P
