I'll start off by saying that I started taking nootropics and various other supplements at the beginning of 2010 to counteract/repair the damage caused from years of depression and stress. I was on buproprion XL(450mg per day) but I think that while it helped with depression, it ruined my memory. I will take an ADD evaluation soon. My therapist believes that I have all the symptoms of adult ADD. I am 35 years old.

What I take:

Vitamins and OTC supps:

Swanson's Super EPA Fish Oil (300 EPA/200 DHA) 1 tablet X2 a day
Zinc Picolinate 22mg X1 a day
Vitamin C 1g X1 per day
Curcumin 500 mg (Jarrows) X 1 per day
Bioperine (for curcumin) 10mg X 1 per day
Vitamin E (mixed) 400 IU X1 per day
Vitamin D 1000 IU X1 per day
Alpha Lipioc Acid 600 mg X2 per day
B-Complex (Jarrows) X 1 per day

Nootropics

Hydergine 4.5 mg (FAS) X 1 per day
Deprenyl 2.5 mg X1 per day
ALCAR 500mg X2 per day
DMAE 750 mg X 2 per day
Piracetam 750 mg X2 per day (or as needed)
Nicotine (patch or gum) low dose as needed

Now, I have few questions:
I have been thinking about adding Nicergoline or replacing Hydergine with it. Any thoughts on that? I understand the risks with both drugs, but Hydergine really has helped a lot. I started taking it in September and it's helped more than any other nootropic I've tried.
Would it be better to replace the DMAE with centrophenoxine?
Are there any interactions here that I should be aware of? Anything you might add or take out? Any risks aside from the obvious with the hydergine and nicotine?

The nicotine, I might add, has helped a lot with motivation and memory. I use it sparingly.
