Hey guys.
This is my first post so hi :) Umm need some advice with regards to some nootropins I was taking before.
1600mg piracetam
600mg aniracetam
200mg centrophenoxine
100mg alpha GPC
60mg picamilon
60mg idebenone
20mg vinpocetine
10mg bioprine
5mg NADH
I took these for about 6-9 months a few years back. I was an active teenager and was looking for something to maybe rid me of the mild damage i had possibly done due to alcohol/ecstasy/cannabis when i was younger. It really did the job. However lately i seen to be suffering from some sort of anxiety. I suffer with hyperhydrolysis pretty bad, have to use block roll on. When I was away in OZ I would be convered in sweat most of the time (even after I had been there and aclimatised). I also find that I do worry about a lot of social situations that I never would before i.e. big parties, going to a busy park etc. This isnt really me because I am a veryconfident, outgoing and talkative person, and have a good circle of friends. I find that alcohol is the only thing that relieved my unrest but this is not a route i want to regularly go down. I love the fact how active my mind has become in being forward thinking but this social anxiety is not really something I want.
Any ideas on a possible solution?

I don't even know what hyperhydrolysis is to be fair..

So you don't take none of those noots now? I was going to say that at least one of them could provoke anxiety in a user. But aniracetam is supposed to be very helpful for anxiety as is picamilon.

What's your lifestyle like? Diet?

Do you take any supplements at the moment? fish oil?

What sort of anxiety is it? SAD? GAD?

Have you checked out the Social anxiety forum?

I think hyperhidrosis is the more common term for excessive sweating.

I've had intermittent boughts of depression and anxiety, but I'm not sure I've discovered what actually helps, other than rest, exercise, clean diet (no refined foods). I think caffeine also helps.

I've taken many of the supplements you list, mostly without noticing any effects. Deprenyl might help me a bit.

I think a top quality lifestyle is the first thing anyone should consider.

What works for me:

Eliminate grains, eliminate processed food of any kind. Dairy is ok in small amounts if it doesn't bother you too much (they still contain the opiod peptides though so too much will zombify you).

Eat a balanced diet. Eat along the lines of the rainbow and incorporate as many as foods as you like. Eat lean grass fed meat. Eat fish perhaps 2/3 times per week. Supplement quality fish oil daily (up to 2g), limit your n-6 intake and try to eat as much n-3 as you can (it'll be hard to get a good ratio of n-3/n-6 but just trying will help). Eat your MUFAS they are awesome to your brain.

For further brain boosting drink white/green tea, buy a cacao supplement, bee pollen, spiralina, eat blueberries/rasberries, avocados are great... all this stuff will provide a range of anti-oxidants (just taking one type is not the best way, it's all about variety).

If it's more stage fright anxiety then beta blockers could help.

There are also random russian drugs out there that one could try if they were daring enough (semax, afobazol, selank - a few others too but I forget what they are).
Certain anti-depressant drugs could help. Agomelatine and tianeptine are both used sometimes for this purpose but from my experience this was based more on the fact that they seemed to lower stress. Still, very useful if you dose them chronically and then hopefully enjoy the benefits.

Anyway I think there are a lot of members here who could offer more knowledgable advice so I hope they might step in here to help you out a bit.
I do think you need to explain your circumstances a bit more before we can help you though?
