Hey guys,

I currently stack Ashwagandha, Rhodiola and Bacopa together, usually take with food seperate from my morning vitamins and other supplements.

My question is, what is the best way to cycle / take these 3 to maximize the effects/benefits? I'm currently doing 5 days on , 2 days off weekly.

I would like to know if I can take these everyday or will they lose their effects if they are not cycled? Also, should I take all 3 seperate from each other or is taking all 3 together fine?

Thanks!

I'm kind of sad that some people don't seem to do enough homework about what they are taking. This isn't directed to the OP in particular so you'll have to pardon the bluntness of my tirade but so many of the questions I see posted now are easily answered by the Nootropic Thread Index or a simple search. I just get so frustrated since all this energy could be directed towards something more productive for the community.

From previous threads and cited studies it is easily concluded that:
Rhodiola should be cycled. Here is a thread about it (and ashwagandha).
Bacopa shouldn't be cycled, which becomes apparent if you read just about ANY thread or study at all about it.

Ashwagandha could warrant some further discussion however. I just got some myself and I guess I'm going for chronic use if it agrees with me. I'd actually appreciate some info here myself from more experienced ashwagandha users. I'm guessing that it has also been used long-term traditionally seeing it has a reputation of being a longevity herb but good sources to back this up are always welcome.
