I just got my new order of Pramiracetam and Adrafinil, but I don't know what type of dosages I should try first. Any ideas? Both the adrafinil and pramiracetam are in 300mg tablets. I tried 900mg of the pramiracetam and 600 of the adrafinil around 12pm, but so far there doesn't seem to be any effect. Right now, around 7:00pm, I have a bit of a headache...

This morning I woke up with a small bump on the outside of my left thigh. It looks like the kind of bump(s) you get with hives. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with these new drugs I just took...

Any have any ideas on the dosages I should be taking?

I suggest that you start with the lowest dose and then you move up until you find some benefits. Let's say 150mg Pramiracetam. Some people find Pramiracetam makes them <<numb>>, well it definitely blunts your emotions plus Adrafinil you most be convinced to become a machine.

Does it take awhile for some people and immediately for others? I am wondering if I should keep it at a low dose for 2 weeks, then up it afterwards, and so on and so on...

It depends of the effects and the person.
Memory enhancement of Pramiracetam starts to show up after 30 days. Motivation, Focus, Attention span and numb effects should start immediately if you're a good responder. You should also feel like your thoughts are getting oriented to a goal. I started to take weed/hash at 13 years old, 14 years old MNDA, 15 years old hallucinogens and dropped school in grade 7. I started taking Racetams at 17 years old after two years of therapies and I got back to school, thereafter I finished a degree equivalent to a GED in the USA in ten months. There is no doubt that the Racetams has helped my brain to mature and to get my thoughts oriented toward my goal, which was to finish my school. I also tried to learn by myself English.
