I serendipitously discovered a "new" way of taking resveratrol that works well for public situations. I was on a recent trip and had encapsulated some resv. powder in gelatin capsules to make the trip easier (rather than dealing with powder). While I had two capsules in my mouth one morning, I was playing around with them a bit while they began to dissolve and get gummy; they ended up in my buccal cavity where I was able to gently crush them with my fingers on my cheek. They stuck there, due to the gelatin and stayed firmly put for the next ~60+ minutes, slowly dissolving away while I made my public appearances. I'd at least like to imagine that having the resveratrol held against the lining of my buccal cavity helped with the absorption although I'm sure some of it was trickling down my throat with any saliva that was present.....
