Ok let's take this scenario.
1. You don't get an upset stomach when taking supplements alone.
2. You take so many at once in high doses that your not too worried about a little bit of competition for absorption in the gut (like with amino acids).
My question is if your body absorbs all the supplements in the gut at high doses, and they are in high amounts in the blood stream, then does the body just break down the excess and excrete them through the kidneys and thus it is better to spread them out, or does it put the high doses to use.
The reason I ask is I take all my 20+ vitamins, supplements, and herbs at once in the morning, but am not sure my body is putting them to good use.
