Here's my usual diet routine - when I need to lose, I cut back on quantities, please comment:
Greek yogurt - with a bit of granola or berries
Protein shake (whey,almond milk, berries) or Protein Bars (Clif Builder)
Leaner animal or vegetable protein, vegetables, limited fruits due to fructose
Wine, water, coffee (lots)
some chocolate occasionally, hard to fight sugar cravings completely (please give tips)
Diet varies if I eat out at restaurants at social events.
