Best meds for people with ADHD PI?
Piracetam isn't strong enough. Should I move to a stronger racetam or add another drug.

What did your doctor prescribe? No medication has proven to be more effective than stimulants for ADD/ADHD.

With PI on the end it's almost an entirely different condition.

I've been taking around 1/3 of a teaspoon if Piracetam and Choline Bitartrate.. and it worked great at first but now I've seem to level out. I'm about to play with the dosage starting today. I'm not going to use Choline and take about 2x as much. How long have you been taking the Piracetam? What is your dosage? I found optimal results for treating my ADHD-PI to be around 1g per day in the morning.
If you aren't satisfied with nootropic solutions, maybe looking into rx grade stuff would be necessary. Users have reported success with Bupropion and Deprenyl (which I just recently ordered). Also, modafinil also seems promising based on the anecdotal evidence I've seen.
You have to be patient with Piracetam and play with dosages to find the sweet spot. Don't expect immediate and perfect results during the first week.

Many people have said adding fish oil with Piracetam can greatly enhance its effects. Something on the order of 4-5g of fish oil ought to do the trick.

Just a bump. I've tried aniracetam and it works only when Im just chilling, studying, ect but never in class. I've been getting lazy on taking the piracetam because i have it inworks powder and the aniracetam because it never puts me awake or helps me in class. I guess ill try the fish oil next but im losing faith in nootropics. I've also started taking some cheap vitamin pills, Men Forumla One a Day. It seems to improve my mornings a ton but nothing else (still worth it).
