I stopped taking RES to see what it might do. What i have noticed is that i am gaining fat and weight. and i have no choice now but go back on it. I had been taking 250mg RES per day from company called "Reserveage Organics". not sure if you guys heard of this brand. Vitamin shoppe tells me this brand is excellent. Also i noticed that my plantar fascitis foot pain is coming back now that i stopped RES. I suppose now this is a proof that RES really did help my Plantar fascitis pain or inflammation. There has to be market for this for inflammatory type of Pain. NSAIDS are extremely toxic side effects and most patients can't take it long term. If RES can take its place, we may have a Monumental breakthru. Could be Novel prize winning research.
