Hey,

im trying to engineer a Brain Enhancer with the best ingredients you can get legally (i live in Germany. Since i cant get nootropics like piracetam or picamilon, i have to use other ingredients.

I plan to get it all manufactured by a company here in germany i know.

Can you give me recommendations about the ingredients and which i should avoid in this mix and/or which should be added.

The given doses are: amount per tablet

Heres the mix:

Trimagnesiumcitrat 16%
292,30 mg

Creatin Monohydrat
100,00 mg

Guarana 10 %
100,00 mg

Cholinbitartrat (CDP Cholin)
488,00 mg

Cordyceps sinensis
25,00 mg

Phosphatidylserine 20%
150,00 mg

Greentea extract 50 %
30,00 mg
30,00 mg Polyphenols

L-Glutamine
20,00 mg

L-Tyrosine
20,00 mg

Ginkgo Biloba
20,00 mg

Green Coffeeextract
20,00 mg

Hericium Erinaceus
500 mg

Niacinamide
20,00 mg

Calciumpantothenat
7,50 mg

Vitamin B 12
3,25 mg

Vitamin B6 HCI
(Pyritinol 400 mg)
-> thats the max amount per pill what is legal in germany.

Folic Acid
0,25 mg

Phosphatidylcholine
500 mg

Rhodiola
100 mg

still not sure about the amount per pill for the following:

Lithium orothate
ca. 30 mg (would you add more per pill?)

Bioperine?

Curcumin?

N-Acetyl-Carnitin?

Thanks for your help.

I don't even know where to begin here... 100 mg of creatine when 5 g/day is a reasonable dose? Cordyceps sinensis at a laughable 25 mg? Random vitamins and minerals without any explicit rationale? Very hard to see any coherent vision behind this combination of 50000 mg kitchen sink.

Looks like a bunch of random stuff at even more random dosages and that's the kindest way to put it.

I agree.

I'm sure I haven't read this wrong but that does say 30mg of lithium orotate? That is definitely a bit of a hefty dose. If that is the case don't add more!!

The dose will be split up to 6 pills. So that you get a more even and better distribution.

@ Thorsten What would you recommend for the lithium

Well I'm no doctor man but people here tend to take between 5/10mg.

Some people who are more towards the bi-polar side of things take a bit more. I've never heard of anyone taking more than 20mg per day.

If that lithium orotate is not elemental Li, that should be fine. Comes to about 1.2mg elemental Li.

As for the Creatine, i personally use Kre Alkalyn, and take usually 1-2 Capsules per Day which is sufficient when you can probably use only 1-2gr out of your 5gr creatine because of the metabolisation of the creatine to creatinine in the body.

What can you recommend as a good dose for the cordyceps out of your experience?

what do you mean by explicit rationale? For me, and i think for the most members here, its the goal to try to enhance the best out of your brain with the materials that are available to you and which promise the best possible and safe changes in the shortest time possible.

My goal, if that wasnt clear is:

- quick clear state early in the morning ( try to do that through n acetyl carnitin, guarana. which i tried and worked for me)
- better memory retention ( im a student, so im really looking into something promising here)
- improved blood flow to the brain
- enhanced concentration for a longer period
- improved analytical cognition
- mild anxiety relief (i know its counterintuitive with the coffeine, but there must be something that gives you a mild "high feeling" and additionally leaves you concentrated)
- NGF stimulation ( e.g. through erinaceus)

I cant use the "good stuff" which is so common here (piracetam, etc.) cause its not legal.

sorry guys for the rather unqualified questions and "kitchen sink" approach, but im new to all this and im trying to learn as much as i can so i ask stupid questions. Im also reading the studys on anything i can get my hands on. But also trying to use the "cloud brain" here.

looking forward for more input!

Sorry to shift gears - but I take 120 mg of lithium orotate every morning. I heard that was a therapeutic dosage...

Angela, that dosage is far too high, if you're taking that much you absolutely need blood tests! Recommended dosages are around 5mg...
