What's the difference between those two ?
Why was polynicotinate withdrawn from the UK supplement market ? Is it proven dangerous ?

Chromium polynicotinate has been involved in helping to maintain the amount of glucose in the body to constant and control blood sugar levels and diabetes. It help to lose weight and reducing cholesterol levels in the body by role to increase HDL as well.

I read some study years ago indicating that the picolineate form had been found to be carcinogenic.

Since then, I've always avoided it.
