Anyone have any stories good or bad about Alldaychemist.com? What is best method of payment from USA and how long can one expect to receive items? Does customs hold up items from them? Can you pay using a credit card and can you pay using a prepaid credit card?

15 orders from them with only one problem. They missed an item in one shipment, but promptly reshipped. Takes about 2 weeks to hit customs in NYC. Usually clears there in a couple days, altough it took longer a few times. I pay with a seperate VISA card that I only use for overseas transactions.

I just placed another order with them. Excellent prices, the shipping is a little high but you make it up on the price, easily. A reliable vendor.

My last shipment from ADC got held up in customs for 11 days, usually shipments go through customs in 1 or 2 days. ADC confirmed the order on July 4, shipment was July 11th, delivery was July 25th. Usually ADC ships quickly, but this time I ordered 6 months of my prescription. So, I think they didn't have enough on hand and had to order more to finish my order. After 10 days in hold at customs, ADC promised to reship. They were ready to reship the day I received the shipment. I cancelled the reshipment.

I have no idea why customs took 11 days to process my order. I will start looking closely at the boxes to see if there is any sign the package was opened. I didn't notice with a quick look any sign the package was opened.

I thought before this event that shipping costs were a bit high. Shipping costs didn't seem high at all when it seemed that customs was going to keep a $250 shipment. Read the site, this is official ADC policy.

One cool thing, I wanted to buy eplerenone, a drug that's made in India, by a company that also manufactures generics in the US, so I knew they would have access to the very same pills I wanted. They didn't list it, I asked for it, and it is listed now. And I have a six month supply to amortize the $25 shipping. ADC has great customer service.
