Any foreseeable reason to prevent a concurrent use of the two?

I take Adderall XR for my ADHD, but I also want to improve my memory; I've been thinking about buying Galantamine for that purpose.

To update as a reference to those who would potentially come by this thread, for what it's worth: I have not noticed any adverse effects with the combination of Adderall and Galantamine. I have not noticed an improvement in memory, either. It may be a subtle improvement, however, I've not noticed much of a difference between taking Galantamine or not doing so.
