Hi all,

I am just starting to take a regimen that contains (2g)piracetam, (1.5g)aniracetam, (1.2g)oxiracetam and (.3-.6g)pramiracetam (among other things) and I was wondering what general guidelines others have used with taking DMAE ALCAR and alpha GPC together. I know the biological effects of each and am actually thinking that just ALCAR and DMAE may be sufficient in making sure I have enough choline to prevent brain fog. As I am aware, if I do not have enough choline I will start getting headaches and brainfog (but if I have too much I will also get headaches as well) so do you guys think it is reasonable to just start with the ALCAR and DMAE and then maybe supplement alpha GPC every 3rd day to begin with and see what happens from there? Is there any way aside from just experimenting to know if I am getting too little or too much choline (because the side effects are generally the same)? Thanks in advance!
