I have no money, but someone should try it and post a review.

Ingredients
Vitamin B3, Vitamin B12, Guarana, Bitter Orange, Yohimbe Bark Extract, Choline Dihydrogen Citrate, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Bacopa Extract, Acetyl-L-Tyrosine, Caffeine, Dimethylaminoethanol, White Willow Bark Extract, Piperine, Vinpocetine, Huperzine

Who know how this would affect you. It has a slew of ingredients that I don't necessarily think should go together. Yohimbe, for example, makes my blood pressure go so low that I feel the need to pass out, whilst at the same time it makes my heart beat faster and more sporadically. I wouldn't even waste your time with it. It doesn't mention the amount of the ingredients nor the type (what kind of B12 are they using?). I suggest just buying the individual ingredients and using what works for you.

It looks like a nasty cocktail that will make someone feel good for a bit but have no real adhd benefit no offense :)

I'm not a COMPLETE skeptic to the formula. None of those things would kill you by themselves, and most of the ingredients I would/do take every day.

I would still take extra B6 and magnesium on top of it. Strange that they aren't in the formula... caffeine (in guarana) depletes it. It's also strange it doesn't have ALA or R-ALA which is often used in combo with Acetyl-L-Carnitine to prevent oxidation. And the other thing... that there is no mention of B1 or B15 which are known intellect enhancers, especially helpful for ADHD. In fact, the whole B-Complex should be used in synergy. Of course, all this can be obtain and added to it for a more balanced nutrition enhancement, and that's why I said I am not opposed to the formula.

I take 5-7 of those ingredients to my daily stack (3-4x/day) and was looking to add 5 more of those to the stack.

Have Taken:
B3, B12 - in a run-of-the-mill multi B/C complex. Works wonders for an overall balanced feeling.
Guarana, Caffeine - Guarana I've only had in energy drinks, but the main ingredient is caffeine. I take this every day in some form or another (tea, coffee, mate, pill, etc.)
Acetyl-L-Carnitine - Definitely a good mental energy supplement. Doesn't make your heart pound through the roof like L-Carnitine does for me.
Dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE) - Light stimulant. Doesn't really add much to motivation, though for focus retention it helps a tad.
Huperzine - Honestly not sure if it helps me or not in any way. I haven't ever taken it straight.

Wouldn't Take:
Bitter Orange - Synephrine is the active ingredient. I find research on the chemical to be a bit disturbing.
White Willow Bark - Aspirin makes me itchy, and I find I bleed too much when taking blood thinners.

Would Take:
Yohimbe (Yohimbine) - Maybe 5mg of active Yohimbine rather than 10-100x the bark extract. It seems to have a lot of side effects in higher amounts, especially in bark form.
Choline Citrate - Heard it's good stuff for racetam fog. Cheap, too.
Bacopa - A neuroprotective and anxiolytic herb. Very interesting and often added to nootropic stacks.
Acetyl-L-Tyrosine - One active ingredient in 5 Hour Energy. The acetyl version is said to be more active, but this is debated. L-Tyrosine seems to do it for me, but I'll try the acetyl, too.
Piperine - Seems to be a circulatory stimulant, thermogenic, serotonergic, and may aid in absorption of other drugs by inhibiting noncompetitively with liver and blood enzymes.
Vinpocetine - A selective vasodilator as well as inhibitor of PDE1 and PDE7B.

All in all, your safest bet would be to buy these separately and try each ingredient on their own before you try to rationalize an entire stack as right for you.
