I am currently compiling a noot stack but cannot seem to get the doses right. Everywhere I turn Im getting different amounts (some sound ok but others are ridiculous). I was wondering if someone could help me with the doses and times they should be taken.
The noots I intend to take are as follows:
Aniracetam
Piracetam
Alpha-GPC
CDP Choline
The effects im looking for are enhanced memory (long and short term), focus, recall, and retention. If you can help at all it would be greatly appreciated. Also if there are any other things you would add on or take off please let me know.
