Hi. I´m trying to make a stack for the long term that helps with memory issues and increase gaba, serotonin and dopamine levels (withouth taking any risk).

I am thinking in this supplements:

- Taurine (increase GABA)
- 5-htp (increase GABA and serotonin)
- Vitamin B6, B9, B12
- Zinc
- Phosphatidylserine
- Magnesium

Questions:

1)Should I use GABA or Pharmagaba instead of Taurine to increase GABA? Should I take also L-theanine even though it decreases serotonin?
2)How can I increase dopamine levels?? Taking L-Tyrosine with 5-htp is not recommended. They must be cycled??
3)Should I add vitamin B1 and B3 to the stack??
4)Bacopa or ginkgo could help??
5)Magnesium seems to be a great compound. Until L-threonate is on the market what is the best form??
6)Any effective way of increasing also oxygen flow to the brain??

Suggestions please. Thanks
